Check it out: My cousin is publishing his first novel, Janitors, this August! The book cover was just released. I don't know too much about the plot, but I do know that the publishers loved the book from the start and have made Ty their big author for the year--he'll be going on book tour and everything. The book is aimed at middle readers (e.g. 5th-8th graders), but you can bet that I'll be reading it once it comes out.
In addition to writing books, Ty is a very accomplished Marimbaist, symphony composer, and food taste-tester (seriously!). With those kinds of qualifications, you know the book will be good.
